On April 20, 2023, the Personnel Administration Department of our company organized the first phase of induction training for new employees in Shanghai Xuanjia. The training lecturer is served by the technical manager Yang of the marketing department of our company and the managers of various departments. The training was actively carried out under the enthusiastic chairmanship of Cheng Chen, the personnel and administrative commissioner, and a total of 24 new employees participated.
The morning training kicked off with Cheng Chen's passionate explanation of the connotation of corporate culture. During the period, the company's corporate culture, corporate philosophy, talent concept, development history, existing team and other chapters were introduced. Every employee from each department listened attentively and took notes carefully. Next, in order to promote mutual communication between new employees in various departments and cultivate team combat ability, Cheng Chen arranged three interactive games, "Find Friends", "Build Games" and "Crazy Eggs". Because it was the first contact, everyone seemed nervous and unfamiliar. Through the game, everyone became relaxed, in the process not only exercised the new employees' hands-on and brain skills, but also improved their teamwork ability, and most importantly, promoted mutual understanding between colleagues and established a friendly and happy working relationship. The last compulsory course for new employees in the morning was explained by Zhu Jianhong, the head of the comprehensive management department, who introduced the employee handbook and company rules and regulations in a funny and efficient manner.
In the afternoon, Manager Yang, the technical manager, gave a detailed demonstration to the new employees on the use of the office system. Through the introduction mode of interaction with new employees, everyone has a deeper understanding of our company's development scale system. In addition to understanding the company's culture, employee handbook, and the company's organizational structure, the company's product introduction and the popularization of basic financial knowledge are also compulsory courses for new employees. These two parts are respectively in charge of Yang Junwei, product manager, and Jiang Xiaofen, head of the finance department. After a short break, Chen Biao, the project manager of the marketing department, enthusiastically and generously carried out a PPT demonstration and detailed explanation of the comprehensive knowledge of the industry background for the new employees, and vividly and three-dimensionally expounded the important mission and far-reaching causes and consequences of our company's existence and continuous growth and development. In the last link, Mr. Li put forward expectations for new employees on behalf of the company: the company's evaluation of an employee is not only to see the process of hard work, but also to see whether it can produce performance and achieve goals, in the process of completing the target task, every employee should learn to take the initiative to report and communicate, and be good at actively discovering, analyzing, summarizing and solving problems, to be a real innovation, very professional, love to work, happy to share Ginkgo people. Our company continues to grow and expand, and pays more and more attention to the input and training of talents. Induction training is an important guide for employees to gradually become familiar with and adapt to the organizational environment, accurately position their roles and give full play to their talents. Our personnel administration department will continue to do a good job in the training of employees at all stages, and try to provide sufficient fertilizer and sunshine for the growth of our talents.
